I ordered * pieces of rasmalai from Swiggy and I just received *, so I requested them to deliver the missing item, instead they offered me a refund of rs. **. Now if I ordered the missing item again it cost me *** Rs. Including the tax and delivery charge. Why should I have to pay *** rs. Extra for their mistake?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
