I ordered a OnePlus nord *r buds from Instamart but the delivery guy wasn't attending the calls and the order was too much delayed so I talked to the customer help and cancelled my order. They initiated a refund which was showing that it'll be refunded within * hours. Now it's showing refunded but the amount hasn't been credited into my upi app. It's not even showing the option to chat again. I sent a mail to them but still there's no reply. I'm so fed up with this.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
