I ordered * tubs of Amul ice cream for my guests on **th March ****, late night. The delivery boy delivered the ice creams in melt condition. When I contacted customer care, and ask for replacement, they said, they can't do anything and can only refund **% amount.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
