On **th November ****, a complaint was lodged immediately upon receiving a defective Realme Buds T***x (Order ID: [***************). Swiggy Instamart has since repeatedly violated its own published *-day Return & Refund Policy by refusing to authorize the return and refund. This policy violation is compounded by the harassing and contradictory conduct of customer support agents, who are obstructing a valid claim, necessitating immediate intervention by the Grievance Cell
