Hello,
I have ordered today Order:#*************** from Swiggy instamart. They have delivered rotten oranges as seen in the pic.
I reported issue to Swiggy with video proof in app requesting refund value of item: Rs **.
App didnt issue refund, hence I wrote to swiggy customer care with image of rotten orange , still they didnt process refund. I have given order ID and live video in app, pic with time stamp in mail.
Swiggy Instamart is delivering rotten items and not providing refund worth item value. Kindly issue me refund of Rs **.
