Swiggy - Swiggy Gift Card Fraud

I purchased a **** Rs Swiggy gift card for my freinds.
But that shared like is not working for him and he is not able to add money.
And there is no way to contact Swiggy contact care and no is responding.
I lost of Rs **** after this fraud as shared gift card link is bonus and it doesn't work.
Swiggy team is not responding to this fraud. Even in their it states the process on how to add gift card money but it doesn't work

Please take strict action against such fraud bogus Indian start ups.
I demand compensation money of Rs ****** (* Lakh) for defraud and mental agony which caused to me

*. Gift card confirmation sms
*. Payment details for the purchase of gift card with transaction ID
*. Wrong fraud details provided on Swiggy app
