On **'August, **** I ordered * burgers and * Meals Including Burgers, French Fries, Coldrinks and Mcpuffs. After I ordered they provided me online invoice of the order and when I went to receive the order the delivery boy handed me someone else's order afterwards I told him to take back the order and provide me with the original order he said that it is restaurant and company's fault he cannot do anything in the case. He told me to file a complaint on the swiggy customer care and I will get the refund. I am mailing the company from almost * days and they are denying me to provide any refund, else they are asking me to rate the restaurant.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
