Swiggy - Swiggy food without Invoice

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i ordered food from Ponnusamy Hotel very recently with my order number *********** and amount *** Rs.

I had food in this hotel many times in Chennai itself. The food rate is slightly high if you compare with other hotel and they used to maintain the standard of quality. This is the main reason i ordered food from this hotel.

The Swiggy person delivered the food at night * o clock. after receiving the food i checked there is no invoice of this order. Then immediately i called to the delivery person and he told POONUSWAMY hotel is not giving the bill.

Then i got a serious doubt on this person. Already i heard so many rumours about swiggy in You tube and whattasapp video.

Then i called the swiggy people in customer care line and i had a talk with two of your representatives ( *st with Mr.Vikyath kumar then i spoke with the senior most person Mr.Patric).

Two thing i would like to mention over here that Tamilnadu Government has banned the polythene in chennai. The person who got food was packed in Polythene and *nd thing there was no POONUSWAY hotel box was there.

i explained every thing to your delivery boy also and i told please take back the food and return the money.

without the bill on top of that the chicken was looking very black in colour like beef . i am purely A Hindu person and can't eat this food without the bill.

No step they had taken from your team side. The food became waste.

So please return my money asap. if anything you like to know please call me in my mobile number.
Till now the issue has not been resolved. I Need your help in this regard.
