I placed a food order on Swiggy with Order ID *************** for ₹***. Due to an urgent situation, I cancelled the order within one minute of placing it.
Despite the cancellation being immediate, Swiggy charged the full amount and denied refund/credit. Since the order was cancelled almost instantly, food preparation likely had not started.
I contacted Swiggy support and requested a refund or Swiggy Money credit, but the issue has not been resolved properly.
I request Swiggy to provide a refund or suitable credit for this order.
