Swiggy - Swiggy delivery agent cheat

I ordered food (kizhi parotta) through swiggy in Adyar copper kitchen on */**/**** at *:** pm ...I was waiting with my mobile in hand till *:** food wasn't delivered. I checked the track order option in swiggy and found that the food was cancelled .I was shocked that amount of *** ( food bill amount) was deducted as cancellation charge .I called and spoke to the customer care executive to send the food again as my son was so hungry. She said she cannot do anything tha. Deduct the amt.s he said she cannot refund the deducted amount.so I had to order again for my son paying *** rupees.

This act of swiggy is totally unfair. I need my amount of rupees *** back. I want the swiggy to refund my amount
