I ordered the food for dinner on Friday, November **, **** *:** PM which I received on Friday, November **, **** *:** PM. I sat on my dinner table and opened the package to eat. After opening I got a horrible smell. I took one bite and it tasted pathetic with a horribly weird smell which was absolutely not edible. I tried to contact the customer executive many times and I spoke to two of them for one hour. I wanted a solution because I was not able to have my dinner. I told the customer executives to send someone so that someone could smell how horrible the food was. But I didn't get any help. I don't know for what purpose swiggy has a team of customer executives because I don't get any help every time. I was repeatedly told to send mail and wait for **-** hours. I want to know was I supposed to have my dinner after **-** hours?
I even mailed, but didn't get any response.
Me and my sister had to eat the stale food because we didn't have anything else for dinner.
I want the refund of the money I paid for the mutton biryani and the amount of money I needed for medicines for having stale food and also for the harassment by the customer executive of a food delivery company at the time of dinner . I paid my hard earned money for this.
