I ordered for a cake which is near to my house within a km, when I got the cake I found it fully melted inside the box n the cake was looking like salad so I contacted the customer service chat, starting a customer representative replied saying he wud refund me the */*th of the amount tht is ***rs. I insisted him to replace my cake or return my full amount he then transferred his chat to some other fellow he texted me saying he cannot refund any amount or do replacement saying that is not there mistake even after showing the picture of the delivered item...the executive who chatted with me is unfit to assist the customer so I decided to go to cake store regarding the issue n found out it was delivery guy who spoiled the cake while getting the cake frm cake shop, even then the cake shop owner replaced the cake, which is completely a mistake of swiggy delivery but thy were unable to refund or replace my cake even knowing it was their mistake, the executive acted like it was not swiggy fault and forwarding the copy paste text “we will serve u better in future”...when he can’t assist me now I don’t think he can assist me in future...worst delivery n customer service executive in swiggy never experienced such in any online order...unfit customer service employees
