I am filing this complaint against Swiggy regarding an order that was falsely marked as "delivered" but was never received. The order, amounting to ₹****, was placed on [insert order date] through the Swiggy app. Despite multiple follow-ups with Swiggy’s customer support team, no resolution or refund has been provided.
This issue reflects a serious lapse in service and customer accountability. I am seeking a full refund of ₹**** and a formal explanation from Swiggy regarding the failed delivery and the subsequent refusal to address the complaint. I have attached relevant evidence including the order ID, communication with support, and transaction proof.
I request urgent action on this matter to ensure such practices are not repeated and customer rights are upheld.
