Placed a complaint for a missing food item with swiggy . They gave an option to refund or said they ll send the food item but it was too late and we had already eaten . Now , they are charging me a cancellation fee for a ‘ missing item’ which was firstly their fault . They are also claiming that a delivery guy try to contact . I never even received the missing food item . Look at the audacity of these guys , they did not even inform me that they have charged me a fee so I can initiate a complaint. I came to know about the fee only when I was trying to place another order after weeks .
