Yesterday, **th September I ordered lunch by Swiggy. When their delivery executive came my phone was not reachable for tower problem. Within * minutes tower came and I saw they canceled the order as unable to contact me. I called them immediately when they told nothing can be done. I am not sure whether I will get the refund as Rs. *** was payed in advance for the food. It's horrible experience. Previously I faced problems like they deliver damaged poor quality food and don't maintain time. Their executives are unprofessional and treats customers very badly. I want justice and compensation of Rs. **** for this defective service and harassment of customers.
