Jio Fiber Reliance Jio - Suspension of service after taking advance payment

I have paid six month advance payment but connection was suspended within four months and i was asked to recharge agai i recharged but connection was not started hence even i have paid * months recharge amount received services for four months only and connection was suspended by you and i suffered due to non availability of internet fir which i have paid you

I have gone through lot of distress and made nos of calls and email

Since services were not restored i have to opt for airtel connection which is much better

Looking to this i want you to immediately refund advance payment collected by you
