Kutchina - Supply defective malfunctioning chimney instead of new

My name is Monojit Roy, and I am reaching out regarding the newly purchased Kutchina Aster excel model chimney, which has exhibited serious manufacturing defects since its installation. I request your immediate attention to this matter as my family and I have been dealing with persistent issues since **th October, the day it was installed.

The installation technician informed us that it would typically take *-* days for oil to collect in the collector. However, after this period, we observed that rather than storing in the collector, the oil is leaking outside the chimney (tray) from just above the collector. This problem was reported to our local Kutchina service center, and a technician inspected the unit on **th October. After verifying that the alignment was correct, he examined the machine further and found a manufacturing defect in the oil pipe inside the machine that is causing the leakage. He suggested temporary fixes, like applying adhesive, which is unacceptable for a newly purchased appliance from a reputed brand like Kutchina.

Having invested our hard-earned money in what we expected to be a reliable product, we cannot accept a faulty machine that requires immediate repair(Please be mindful that the problem did not appear after using the machine a month or so). Therefore, I urge you to process a replacement for the chimney at the earliest, as we paid in full for a new unit and expect a fully functional, quality product in return.
