**.**.****- Bought kutchina * burner hobs Rs.**,*** from dealer Loknath enterprise- Mr Dwarika nath Shaw (+** **********) as an anniversary gift to my parent
**.**.****- Technician arrived and installed the product. The product looked little old but technician assured its not like that. Picture during installation attached.
**.**.****- Small burner stopped working.Also it started to get stained. We called the dealer person and he agreed to send technician
**.**.****- The technician visited Mr Bhola (+** **********) and suddenly says the third/small burner only will ignite if the other two burners are lit. We were surprised as it wasn’t told to us and he also told customers are not informed with this limitations during purchase.. Reaaallyyyy
**.**.****- Within few hours the burner stopped working. When we called him again he told to speak to the dealer and he cant do anything about it anymore. When called dealer he told he is not responsible for it anymore. GREAT…

**.**.****- After three days of silence Ankita (+** **********) from Kutchina called and asked what is the problem and we briefed once again. She told she will send technician from Head office but she cant commit when. SUPERB…
**.**.****- Started mailing the Customer care with a hope to get the issue resolved but no such action just formal mail of apology.
**.**.****- Same technician Mr Bhola (+** **********) arrived and after a lot of hassle was able to turn on the burner. He also scratched the small burner and told he will inform the company about the problem. Picture attached of scratching. Nothing was solved.
**.**.****- Another technician arrived and checked. Couldn’t solved the problem also. He told he will inform the office and left. Bill attached.After his service situation worsens as now the burner is getting heated up so much its impossible to regulate even.
**.**.****- Still mailing and trying to get it resolved but no one cares about customer care
**days over with a damaged defective product and struggle doesn’t end. As if it’s a crime I did paying from my pocket.
