Kutchina - Gas Oven Malfunctioning after buying

The right burner of the oven stops working suddenly. There is smell of gas but it does not light up using auto or manual ignition. We have complained twice and both times same repair person Bappaditya Mukherjee came and did some temporary repair. That fixes the issue temporarily but it again stops working very soon. We have requested customer care to send senior technician. But they send the same person. This is clearly an issue of improper repair or manufacturing defect. We have asked the technician to raise it to the company that this unit seems faulty and that we need a replacement. But he refuses to raise it. Request strict action. The product is barely * months old and under warranty. We have raised complaint again and they are not sending anybody.
