Supertech limited - Supertech limited failed to update property swap documents at Indiabulls housing finance limited

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that I have booked a flat with Supertech EcoVillage* towerG* in October**** under subvention scheme Initial CRM ******* (no need to pay EMI/Pre
EMI till possession) and later shifted to Supertech Ecovillage* PhaseII towerK* in May**** (CRM number *******) and I have submitted all the required documents to Supertech Limited for updating the property address in July **** with Indiabulls Housing Finance Connaught Place Branch New Delhi but I have been informed by Indiabulls that Supertech Limited has not submitted the required documents for updating the property address and nobody is bothered to give proper response about when they are going to update the address inspite of multiple email reminders for about * months (november****).So far I have paid about ** lakhs including Home loan of about ** Lakhs from Indiabulls Laon number HHLDCP********.I have tried to register on ereality.supertechlimited.com but access is denied.I have even requested them to cancel the booking and still nobody is bothered.Hence I have decided to cancel the booking because of there careless attitude.
