Supertech Limited - Supertech Limited failed to send original documents of property address

This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a flat in Supertech Eco village* Tower G* Flat **** in October **** (CRM *******) under subvention plan and later I have shifted to Supertech Eco village* Phase* Tower K* Flat **** in May **** (CRM *******) on the advise of there manager Mr Sriniwas. I have submitted all the original documents for updating the property address at Indiabulls Housing finance Limited in July ****. After repeated complaints and only after filing a complaint with Voxya the property address was updated at Supertech Limited web portal. Since Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited has refused to accept the property change address I have asked Supertech Limited authorised representative Mr Yogendar Yadav to send all the original property documents to my postal address by courier or speed post. I have been sending repeated emails to them for more than * weeks but they are not giving any response. I have paid approximately ** lakhs so far to Supertech Limited. Hence I have decided to send this notice again with the help of Voxya and I want to cancel the booking with a full refund in view of their careless attitude.
