Supertech Limited - Failed to update property swap documents

This is to bring to your notice that I have booked a flat with Supertech EcoVillage* towerG* in October **** under subvention scheme Initial CRM ******* (no need to pay emi/Pre emi till possession) and later shifted to Supertech Ecovillage* PhaseII towerK* in May **** (CRM number *******) and I have submitted all the required documents to Supertech Limited for updating the property address in July **** with Indiabulls Housing Finance Connaught Place Branch New Delhi. I have been informed by Indiabulls that Supertech Limited has not submitted the required documents for updating the property address and nobody is bothered to give a proper response about it. When they are going to update the address inspite of multiple email reminders for about * months (November ****). So far I have paid about ** lakhs including the home loan of about ** Lakhs from Indiabulls Loan number hhldcp********. I have tried to register on ereality.supertechlimited.com but access is denied. I have even requested them to cancel the booking and still, nobody is bothered. Hence I have decided to cancel the booking because of there careless attitude.
