I had taken the super money back plan to avail rental service from Noborker on *th of September after paying Rs. **,***.**. But did not get a single tenant from nobroker in ** days.
When I spoke to the executives I was working with (Syed Roshan and Pruthiviraj - RM) they said since NoBroker was not able to provide a single tenant, NoBroker is going to refund the amount (Rs. **, ***.**) to me. They also informed me over the phone that the refund has been initiated (sometime around *th or *th Nov). But I have not received any written confirmation (either via email/sms) yet. Now a days they are avoiding my calls and not responding to me whenever I am trying to call them.
It's been more than * weeks after the agreement period has ended. But there is no sign (intention) from nobroker) to refund my money. Please confirm when NoBroker is going to issue the refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
