Ola Cab - Such insane driver in OLA cab

Today we booked a ola cab. I have attached the screenshot for the details. After starting the ride he asked me what is the amount that is showing for this ride. I told him *** or may be little more. He then instatnly told that with this amount he will not go to the destination that is Apollo hospital Noida. I was taking my * month pregnant wife to the hospital for some tests. He forced us to drop after * min in the busy a road. My wife was feeling very uneasy as she was on fasting since morning for glucose test requirements. I and my wife have to stand their for half an hour for another cab.

I want to take action against the driver and for her insensitive act that he dropped a * month pregnant lady in the mid of busy road. I told him that my wife is pregnant and she can't stand but he was very rude. I also told him that after that I will launch an FIR against him but he said do whatever you want to do but I will not go with amount.

I want ola to take strict action and cancel the driver's licence so that he cannot repeat this insensitive act. Otherwise, I am taking this issue very seriously how can he drop a heavily pregnant woman in a busy road. I am going to take the matter to the court.
