netflix - Subscription fraud

I had recharged with Rs.***/month subscription pack on **th September **** at around *:** pm . My money got deducted from my bank account but the subscription didn't get successful. I contacted the customer support and was told that it is happening to many people on that day and assured me that the money will get refund in the bank account in few working days. After * days I contacted the customer support through chat and described the issue to him. He asked my permission to cancel my netflix account as after doing this the amount will get refunded in the account in few working days. I gave him the permission for the same but later realised that it was a trick to delete my evidence of proof . I even contacted my bank and was told that their is no any problem from their side and the money was successfully deposited to netflix account. I have all the screenshots of the chats and all required evidences.
