Netflix - Not refunding money

Actually I paid for subscription of Netflix on previous month (**th nov ****).payment was done from my side and it was successfully send to them from my bank acc but i didn't get Netflix access and when I called at customer service they are saying that we didn't get your payment and not refunding my money
