netflix - Payment Taken but not tflixactivated subscription

Dear Sir Netflix Charged me an amount of Rs.*** from my Debit Card but did not start my subscription. As i asked from them they are telling me that this amount was an authorization amount to check whether there is balance in your account and it will be refund soon. I am chasing from past * days either they are not refunding my money nor start my subscription. My Login is hemanttannu@gmail.com. They are harassing customer by doing such things and they are asking me to do * more transaction so will pay Rs.***/- more. I am very dissatisfied with their services and they disturb me from past * days.I am enclosing the chat communication which i had with Netflix people
