travelook com - Struggling for refund

I have cancelled my flight on *th of April ****. IndiGo has confirmed me that amount is refunded from them. But travelook is denying for the same.
I have booked * flights
PNR no : LGNN*S , PJ*Y*M
Even in indigo website it's showing as amount refunded. But Travelook is saying they have not received the refund and it will take time..
