I had tried to book flight ticket through Travelook but boking got cancelled due to their internal issue but amount got deducted on **th May **** but refund was not recieved until today i.e **th July ****. No proper response from management through mails/calls.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
