travelook com - Didn t get Refund Amount of flight booking reference id is

I have booked * flight tickets on **th April **** which were cancelled by Travelook itself and they didn't refund my amount yet. I have sent more than ** emails to support@travolook.in but didn't get any response from their side. I have also called multiple times but customer care executive were very rude to answer my queries. They told me to you can raise this on social media or consumer court. I am very frustrating. Not sure what to do. My booking reference id is REF*********. Please look into this on priority
