Melbin Paul filed complaint against Indigo Airlines on Nov 16, 2018
My self with wife and two infants travelled on **th Nov **** from calicut to patna.We had a baby stroller and they didn't deliver at patna.I made the complainant there with the tag number what was given at the time of dropping. They told me that with in * hr they will call me and give me the updates and it will be given at may house.But they have not called me,So I called them and made compliant again but no proper response.Today it is almost ** hrs passed I called again but no proper response.
Carrying two infants in hand with leggage was very difficult. Indigo Airline is responsible for it.They must provide a proper feed back and make a solution for it.
