Magicpin - Store denying order

I placed a going out order on magicpin from Shokeen Mumbai Vada pao on magic pin. It showed order accepted and the order will be prepared in ** minutes. After reaching there, the store owner said he does not give orders without delivery partner. But it was a going out order means no delivery partner required to collect and deliver order. The store owner said we have not received any order and kept changing statements. He rudely said to contact magicpin. After reaching out to magic pin customer support, we got Ayushi. We get same person Ayushi giving canned responses. I don't know if it is a bit or human, but it was not at all supporting or trusting. Firstly she left me seen messages and then giving the same canned responses, "let me check with merchant as the food You went to the shop and they're saying they haven't prepared your order. I've checked your situation again. Since this is a self-pickup order and the merchant is refusing to prepare it, I can see that a refund can't be processed right now as it would lead to food wastage. However, I can see your order is still active. Let me check what other resolution we can provide for this situation." Firstly there is no cash on delivery option. Second they don't have delivery partners and then when something happens to order they do not even refund the money of the person. In case where the order items are changed or replaced, they are not even bothered to address your concern. No calling number, no supervisor, nothing. I am just writing this that atleast I get help from here.
