I placed a order on magicpin and its been a hour since the order has been placed and yet it is still not picked up
When i contacted magicpin customer support they say the rider is assgined the food is prepared so we cannot provide you refund for it and it's not the first time magicpin did this they wont allow me to cancle it without getting my refund
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
