I had ordered food from their app and it was marked delivered on the app but i did not receive the delivery. Tried contacting their customer support but its just ai response. Upon calling the delivery guy he said he has met with an accident and the order could not be delivered.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
