Coindcx - Stop loss Order not executed in my trade

I have been trading cryptocurrency On the Coindcx Platform. In the month of April and May, I had done almost trading of * Bitcoin. I had kept stop-loss limit in each order but in many of those orders They didn't execute it at the Stop limit and orders got closed way below that limit and in few, they closed my orders even the stop limits were not reached. Further, I have raised complaint about this to their support there is no response from the last ** days on this complaint. whereas they are responding to my other complaints related to Deposit or withdrawal within * days
