We have ordered a refurbished laptop from www.refurbix.in Order ID: ****-C
Courier Service Company: Xpressbees
AWB No. : ************* but instead of a laptop, we have received the stone in the box. So we rejected the courier and ask for the inquiry and refund of the same. But till today we have not got any satisfactory answer or result from refurbix and sprocket (ticket raised with shiprocket ticket ID ******). Request you to kindly check and help me on this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
