I have shipped * parcels to Delhi using Ship Rocket through Ekart. The three shipments are showing delivered on *th January, **** but non of them delivered yet. The total value of the shipment was Rs **,***/- (Thirteen Thousand Only). I contacted shiprocket through support but they are giving automated replies only. No one is helping to solve the issue. Please deliver the shipments on urgent basis or reimburse us for the loss.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
