I had returned sandal and had received amount *** towards the same in Club factory account. When I checked after a few days. I could see someone had redeemed that amount already and transferred to their paytm account. Someone hacked my account changed my number and transferred the amount. When contacted the customer care they dumb said that is not their fault. Within a few seconds of money deposited the money was transferred means club factory people themselves must have done that. They are not at all being responsible for this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
