harsh kumar filed complaint against Rapido on Feb 8, 2022
I was sending an item through rapido. They was responsible for the item delivery. The guy named Pratap Singh was assigned to me. He was going with the parcel. He flew away with my parcel and he marked the trip as completed on rapido.
I cannot do anything as their customer service is providing an unkown number saying that this is the number of Pratap Singh my rapido driver.
then because of their inability they are passing on the complaint to other guys. nothing else
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
