I am a Rapido Captain, and I recently faced an issue during a Magicpin food order pickup. When I reached the location, the order had already been picked up by someone else. I immediately raised the issue with Magicpin support, but unfortunately, there was no response or callback for more than * hours.
After waiting for hours and without any fault from my side, a ₹*** penalty was charged to my account for “order not completed.” This situation was completely out of my control, as the order was already picked up before I reached.This is not the first time such an incident has happened — it has already occurred twice before. I request you to kindly review the case and remove the ₹*** penalty from my account.
