Gopal goyal filed complaint against Dtdc on Sep 14, 2020
My parcel got booked on * sept **** from delhi to hodal(**kms).I received a call to collect it on ** sept but from palwal which is ** km away from its destination.As I told them to deliver on my location they started giving all sort of excuses saying unserviceable area due to corona.Then why u booked it in first place.Destination city is nice city located on Delhi Mathura highway having all sorts of services.Till now sometime they say u will have to collect it from here and sometime say we will arrange it for u.I have conversed *-* persons of their company repeatedly since then.And now in the evening of ** sept **** I received a message and call that ur package has been delivered.I objected then they said some of ur relative named sanjeev kumar has accepted it but there is no such person.Resolve it ASAP otherwise I am going to post it everywhere and file a complaint.
