Stashfin Akara capital - Stashfin has ruined my cibil

I had taken loan from stashfin for the amount of *lakhs. I was paying my emi's religiously but due to covid situation I requested them for monotorium. And missed few emi and requested them to increase my tenure months or atleast give me sometime where I can pay the overdue amount before the tenure gets over. Now, since few months I have started paying my emi on time. Few days back I got the hard copy of my cibil it was taken out by one of the financer where I applied for a home loan. To my surprise I came to know that Akara capital has updated a report showing a lawsuit filed against me by them in cibil which I had no clue whatsoever, if a suit is filed I should have received a notice for the same from the court. I had never received anything regarding this. Also I saw Dmi finance in my cibil record which was again something I had no clue about. Hence, I emailed Dmi finance and received a response telling me that in order to get this resolved I need to contact stashfin. I have been following up with stashfin regarding the same as it's a serious matter and this has to be resolved. How can they update something like this in cibil. It has damaged my cibil score. Also, I am requesting them to send me the case id if there is really a suit filed.
