Hello,
The quality of service has seriously deteriorated from Swiggy. They don’t even take the serious complaints seriously. For the order ID ***************, clearly I have ordered for boneless biryani yet the restaurant has sent food with bones and completely stale meat. Yet there is no help from Swiggy’s side. I would request you to kindly help me out here. I have also raised a complaint @swiggy social and they sent me the same generic reply about how Swiggy is an aggregator and does not need to own up to the quality of food delivered. I find this extremely frustrating and disgusting. I would request you to kindly help me out here with a resolution.
