I ordered food through swiggy from Malabar house Chennai through their invoice number ***** on **/*/****. Swiggy number was ***********. The food was found to be stale. The chicken was smelling bad and was not fit for human consumption. When we contacted swiggy they were not even ready to redress our problem. We have been regular customers of swiggy and we find that they are only responding till the delivery of the food and are not even concerned regarding the quality of the food even if it causes grievous hurt to the customer.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
