I had ordered * chicken biryanis and * butter chicken through swiggy from Golden Orchid Bhubaneswar on **/**/** at **.** pm. The food was delivered at **.** pm. But while eating found that the food was stale and had to be thrown away. The food was ordered for my in-laws so it was a question of my prestige. Raised an issue with swiggy customer support. Called and chatted with them but didn't get a proper response nor a refund. Since that day has never ordered through swiggy. Waited for a few days hoping that I will get a call back from swiggy but in vain.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
