Deemepra meena filed complaint against Swiggy on Jul 4, 2019
I ordered food from the zippy restaurant via swiggy on dated **/**/****. The food was stale so I complain it to swiggy. In response, they said there is no such policy for this issue and they can only refund ₹**. As I asked them to provide me with any senior executive number they denied for it. Even after telling them that I'm a regular customer and no such thing happened before they didn't refund the whole amount. Where the food was stale and it made me sick the response astonished me.
