I have ordered (***************) food for my swiggy today (** /Jul/****) .
Paid *** for total order. We enjoyed all food but frustrated with one order idly. Average cost of * idly in other hotel may be ** but restaurant we ordered costed around ** which is too high ,so we expected it to be quality but to our dismay we see quality is too bad. Not properly cooked and seems cooked in hurry.
Even side like white chutney and sambar is stale and we managed with little bit of sambar.
We had worst dinner experience. I ordered food for my father who is ** years old. It might impact him if he consume it .
When I raised issue in swiggy app through chat I received refund of ** which is not even close to *** (* idly ). I need refund of total amount.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
