i ordered food last night and paid upfront using my debit card the food got delivered was completely stale was smelling badly , i want not even good to smell , the cheese was sour and smelling badly ,
i tried contacting swiggy without taking any resposibility they asked me to send email , the agent on chat kept on copy pasting a forwarded message to email then , didnt even acknowledge , i have that food still kept with me , i am going to file a case against swiggy , previously they got non vegetarian food delivered at my place and didnt file a case , but today ill sue these guys.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
