I have ordered some food on **th and **th of October from a same restaurant and got all stale and stinky food after that i chat with one of the customer care executives of swiggy and there was a lady "monika" she said that I'll forward your valuable feedback mam and our team will look upto it...
I mean no refund no compensation no nothing at all...I have been ordering food from swiggy for a long time but this time i am so disappointed the service was terrible and experience is unpleasant meanwhile I've spent more than rs*** on food in * days and all gone in vain i request you to look forward to it and provide me a refund of my money in full.
