Stale and bad quality birthday . It was stinking ans it seems it was * days old cake.Spoiled the complete Birthday as it was delivered without any name. I called customer support and delivery agent for the same.but the customer support guy was veey rude.he was telling to cancel the order from my end.i need my complete claim amount along with letter of apology from swiggy.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
